EXCELLENT STAFF. DETERMINED TO DO THEIR BEST!

My wife and I have a 2013 Honda Odyssey, and every time I have been to your service department I have been very impressed with your staff. In particular I would like to single out Lisa Lounsbury, Service consultant who is so pleasant, thoughtful and obliging. Nothing is too much trouble for her as she always makes me feel as though she really cares and that she is determined to do her best for me.

I would have no hesitation in recommending others to deal with Newmarket Honda if one of their main criteria is how well they will be dealt with by the service department after purchasing the car.

It appears you have excellent staff in your service department and I am sure we all hope this high quality continues.
